Dalam Film Terbaru 3 PEJANTAN TANGGUNG diceritakan Angga, Kris dan Harta adalah 3 sahabat yang berprofesi sebagai fulltime hedonis. Bahkan saat kesempatan untuk ikut sidang kuliah 2 minggu lagi, mereka sibuk mabuk-mabukan. Mereka kaget saat terbangun dam mendapati mereka berada di sebuh kamar sempit di kapal kecil yang menyusuri sungai tropis di tengah pedalaman Kalimantan!

Kejadian berikutnya terjadi begitu cepat, mereka panik, berpapasan dengan sekelompok pria Dayak, ditawan dan setiba didesa, Angga berhasil membakar gubuk anak perempuan kepala suku bernama Riana. Mereka bertiga bekerja membangun gubuk (sebagai hukuman) sambil memikirkan rencana meloloskan diri. Tapi mereka bertiga bermimpi yang membatalkan niat mereka untuk melarikan diri. Akhirnya mereka melanjutkan membangun gubuk milik Riana

Masalah semakin rumit ketika Handoyo, seorang pengusaha tajir mampus mencoba membeli tanah desa (yang sebenarnya memiliki tambang emas) dari Kepala Suku, yang langsung ditolak mentah-mentah. Handoyo kemudian membakar hutan sebagai bentuk kekecewaannya. Hal ini membuat 3 sahabat akhirnya diusir dari desa karena reputasi mereka sebagai pembakar gubuk.
